World class jazz and fine italian food

The recently reopened Jazzhouse Montmartre is a prime jazz location, headed by pianist Niels Lan Doky. The café is headed by Elvio Milleri from the michelinstarred restaurant Era Ora, but in this café the food is of course more simple. Yesterday I had antipasti in form of marinated artichoke and anchovies filled pepper, a fesh salad with carrot, baby leaves, tomato and tuna, a great tasting, slow braised lamb shank with a bottle of Talenti Toscana rosso. Followed by a fantastic concert by The Doky Brothers.
