Nose2tail is a young restaurant inspired by british “nose to tail” eateries. It is situated in Kødbyen, often compared to New Yorks meat packing district. Kødbyen is a hip area and holds the record in the number of rustic, scruffy eateries with most of them being excellent places to eat. To mention a few, Fiskebaren is a great fish place. Mother serves great sourdough pizza and Pate Pate is a nice, simple bistro.

Nose2tail is reached by climbing the stairs down to a dark basement, where I found the surroundings interestingly rough, the staff very friendly and the food enjoyable. Especially because you know the animals has been treated well and everything from them are used.

Winelist is simple, honest and well picked.
