Gastronomic stars of the future

In newspaper Børsens nationwide chefs talent competition, five young chefs apprentices made it to the finale:

Camilla Bailey, Henne Kirkeby Kro

Kasper Hedegaard, Frederikshøj

Simon Bursche, Kong Hans Kælder

Kasper Christensen, Henne Kirkeby Kro

Lars Brian Larsen, Geranium

In the competition they were asked to make two dishes each, on basis of fish from the Faroe islands.
