Smorbrodbook goes to print!

I am happy to report, that my new book on smorbrod (smørrebrød) is finally being printed. It covers the complete history of smorbrod and portrays the best smorbrodrestaurants in Denmark. The first version is in danish, but I hope to have an english version ready shortly.
