Outside Danish Gastronomy: Ricard Camarena in Valencia

Thanks to Maria Canabal for suggesting that I try Restaurant Ricard Camarena (1 star Michelin) in Sevilla.

I had no idea what the restaurant was about, but soon learned this was a great place. Surprised to find nordic tones like spelt bread and beetroot dessert, but all was great, sharp, interesting.

What a meal!
