Ronny Emborg was assistant to Rasmus Kofoed at Bocuse d’Or in 2005, won the danish chefs championship in 2005 and secured restaurant AOC a Michelin star in 2010. He is one of Denmarks most talented young chefs, and in his present position, as chef at d’Angleterres Marchal restaurant, he artistic potential does not fully unfold itself.

However, the quality is still sky high and there are several very artistic courses on the menu, as well as more classic dishes. Surroundings are luxurious, but in a relaxed way.

A great place to visit, especially if you want to take a break during a heavy eating tour.
